In today’s interconnected world, production challenges are global—and so are the solutions. I had the pleasure to program and operate the Rocket Mortgage annual All Company Meeting (ACM) this year at the Little Ceasar’s Arena in Detroit, MI.  MTS paired with STURDY.CO, Pixmob and CAV to push their annual meeting up a notch.

Emenim closing out the meeting was a very big secret
After we had finished setting up the rig, Dan (Em’s LD along with The Voice) came in to update his recipes and clone in his file. They kicked everyone out of the building beforehand–all production, hands, employees, hell, even the custodians and engineering. They did catch one employee recording the sound check/rehearsal and they actually got fired. Wild
Diverse range of guests:
3 Big Acts: Steve Aoki opened the meeting with a 30 minute walk in set. Of course it wouldn’t be his set without the cake. There were a surprising amount of people that stood in front of the B-Stage waiting to get hit.
DJ Whoo Kid: A legend in the mixtape world who has tagged with many artists (50-Cent, Snoop, T.I.) and is also a SiriusXM radio host.
Emenim to close it out: One of the first shows he’s done in the U.S. in a very long time besides the Super Bowl and Thanksgiving last year. He normally only performs overseas. Rocket had been trying to get him for a very long time (I think 10 years), but with a potential new album drop and a world tour this year he also used this as a paid rehearsal in an arena setting. Everyone was so surprised when he got announced and the energy never let up.
